PANSY SALON POLICY
Appointments are canceled or amended less than 24 hours prior to start of your service will be charge of 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for.
NO SHOW
In order to respect the time of our artists’, if an appointment is no showed, you will be charge to a no show fee. That will be 100% if total amount due for services.
And you can possibly be serviced in the future on walk-in only.
LATE
Please be courteous to your artist and to our other guests.If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
REFUNDS
All service are NON- REFUNDABLE.
CHILDREN
We don’t perform services on children under the age of 4.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while your kid have service at our salon.
We are not responsibly with your kids if anything happens at our salon without adult permission for your kid come to get service.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
PANSY salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date you purchase and must be presented at time of service.
Copy of gift certificate are not acceptable.
Gift certificate will not redeem for cash.
ONLINE SCHEDULE
Your reservation request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request is not approved until you receive confirmation from Pansy Salon.
